This is actually my third bottle now. I was taking b complex with added b12 in tablet form due to deficiency. I was on them for several months but they didn't help. I decided to try this liquid form and both saw and felt huge differences within two weeks of taking it. I had a gap of two months and my exhaustion came back so I bought the second bottle. This is actually my third bottle now. I was taking b complex with added b12 in tablet form due to deficiency. I was on them for several months but they didn't help. I decided to try this liquid form and both saw and felt huge differences within two weeks of taking it. I had a gap of two months and my exhaustion came back so I bought the second bottle.
