Instructions: Spray onto body and massage into skin for maximum absorption. First, apply lightly to inside of forearm to test sensitivity (a gentle tingling sensation is normal). Magnesium is a mineral found in the earth, sea, plants, animals and humans that helps turn the food we eat into energy and that also makes sure that the parathyroid glands, which produce hormones important for bone health, work normally. About 60% of the magnesium in your body is found in bone, while the rest is in muscles, soft tissues and fluids, including blood. In fact, every cell in your body contains magnesium and therefore every cell in your body needs it to function.
One of Magnesium's main roles is acting as a cofactor or helper molecule in the biochemical reactions continuously performed by enzymes. Another reason why it is essential to get enough magnesium.
There are two ways of taking magnesium: either topically or by taking internally.
