After a lot of research I found this product. The methyl-cobalamin form of b12 seemed to me to be the best form to take, and the fact that this had no other ingredients other than R/O water was the reason I purchased it as I was looking for something with a high level of purity.

The product arrived after only 3 days which was very fast, and most importantly, it works. You put half a dropper-full under your tongue and hold it for about a minute, then swallow. Once/day. There is barely any taste at all. Within 2 days I experienced huge benefits. My main symptoms were that i found it very difficult to get out of bed in the mornings, and my arms and legs felt a bit like jelly during the day - kind of a frazzled low on energy type feeling. Both symptoms disappeared after taking this product :)

A bottle lasts around 60 days and i have been taking it every day. Because b12 is stored in the liver my thinking is that I should have enough in reserve now so that I only need to supplement once every 3 days so that is what im doing now.

Buy it. There isn't anything else better on the market.
